I’m Nadine Lewis - I build websites, systems and digital tools that actually connect to each other, rather than being bolted on in stages when something starts creaking.
I’ve been in business for over 25 years. Before I was building websites, I created and scaled a retail product that ended up in over 1,050 Boots stores plus many other high street store including Mothercare, WHSmith, Asda and was sold internationally in places such as Target Australia. I’ve also rebuilt twice after losing businesses.
I’ve spent time inside multi-million-pound ecommerce operations figuring out why they were failing. I’ve seen what happens when businesses grow quickly without proper structure behind them.
That history matters more than the job title.
It means I’m less interested in shiny platforms and more interested in how things are structured, how decisions are made, and whether a setup will still make sense in three years’ time.
Technology keeps changing. It always will. Most businesses don’t need more of it, they need better thinking behind it. They need systems that connect properly and keep working when things get busy, messy or ambitious.
I design and develop websites, systems and custom tools that simplify how a business runs by making clearer choices about what’s actually needed.
Call it practical. Call it slightly intolerant of chaos. I like getting from idea to done quickly ... but only if it’s done properly.
