This is a strategic piece of work.
I look at how your business actually operates now; what’s in place, what’s missing, what’s getting in the way, and what’s doing more harm than good.
That includes your website, how people buy, what happens after that, how enquiries are handled, and what’s going on behind the scenes.
I’m not looking for more to add. I’m working out what shouldn’t be there as much as what should.
You leave with a clear direction on what changes, what stays, and what needs rebuilding and in what order.
Phase 2: Build
Once it is clear where your business is and where it needs to be, the build is based on what the business actually needs. For some, that’s a focused one or two day piece of work and for others, it’s a larger project.
